The Robotic Tufting Machine uses a servo closed-loop motor with high-precision screw drive and high-precision rack rail positioning to deliver high-speed, high-quality carpet production. Its tufting head intelligently adjusts the tension of the primary backing fabric to keep the carpet surface smooth, produce high and low pile carpets, and conveniently realise loop pile matching patterns — while efficient graphic filling keeps connection lines clear with no overlap on any geometric pattern or angle. It is sourced through Shrutex International's global principal network and backed by on-ground installation and after-sales support from our Panipat, India team.
